THE NIGERIAN SPECIAL ARMED FORCES DEPLOYED TO DEFUNCT ANAMBRA STATE ARE PERSONA NON GRATA
Every indigenes, residents and visitors to defunct Anambra state can attest to the fact that the only legacy defunct governor Willie Obiano will be remembered for is the empowerment of hooliganism, employing hoodlums as tax collectors all over the state causing chaos and panic all the time.
His frivolous lifestyle and clueless knowledge of good governance is being compared to the period of 1999 – 2003 governor, Chinwoke Mbadinuju but the in-depth corruption of Willie Obiano should put to record that he is the worst ever administrator of defunct Anambra state.
The recently appointed GOC, 82 Division of the occupying Nigerian terrorists Army in Enugu, Major. Gen. Boman Kabuk and defunct governor Obiano might have fooled everyone but not the Biafra Transitional Government [BTG] over the deployment of an all female special force to the state.
The intel unit of the Biafran National Guard[BNG] confirmed that the all female troop received and showcased to the press corps by Willie Obiano is a smokescreen to deceive the people from the exact special force deployed across defunct Anambra state.
The Provincial Adjutant(s) of Onitsha, Awka and Nnewi of the defunct state are aware that the real troops deployed by the occupying Nigerian Army into the defunct state are men and mostly comprises of so-called repentant members of the Islamic terrorist sect BokoHaram.
The African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights in ARTICLE 19 authorised that “All peoples shall be equal; they shall enjoy the same respect and shall have the same rights. Nothing shall justify the domination of a people by another.”
In essence, the Biafran Transitional Government hereby informs the occupying Nigeria terrorists armed forces or its special forces that they are not welcome in any part of Biafraland and must not unpack their gear. A typical Nigerian armed personnel has the freedom to extort, harass, intimidate, arbitrarily detain and kill defenseless Biafrans without any form of retribution.
The Provincial Adjutants of the defunct Anambra state are on the known and monitoring every deployment of personnel and military gears across the provinces by the occupying Nigeria government in collaboration with Willie Obiano. It is obvious that Indigenous Biafrans are the most terrorised citizens in Nigeria, the third most terrorised country in the world as ranked by the Global Terrorism Index 2020.
Reliable reports received by the Provincial Offices revealed that the continuous closure and restriction of the Enugwu-Ukwu Ring road leading to Nise Town is to enable the non disclosure of the extra-judicial detention and killings of young Biafrans ongoing at the Anti-Cult Squad Headquarters situated along that road.
Also reported is the unwarranted harassment of residents and staffs of MBA FARM in 3.3 Onitsha by the occupying Nigerian Army and measures to curb such menaces shall be taken appropriately.
The occupying Nigerian terrorists armed forces prefer to exhibit their prowess against Indigenous Biafrans rather than curb the BokoHaram and Fulani Herdsmen terrorists ravaging northern Nigeria.
The Biafran National Guard has sworn an oath to defend the people of Biafra and henceforth declares every personnel of the occupying armed forces deployed to Biafraland as persona non grata.
The former leader of BNG, General Innocent Orji, after painstaking researches and studies of international law as regards to self-determination created the Biafran National Guard on the principle of self-defence which is strictly been followed and at the appropriate time will manifest the most cultured and refined National Guard ever seen in this part of the earth.
Noteworthy, ARTICLE 20.2 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights states that “Colonized or oppressed peoples shall have the right to free themselves from the bonds of domination by resorting to any means recognized by the international community.”
