NIGERIAN ARMY “ALFA COMPANY 144 BATTALION TERRORISTS” MUST EVACUATE NGWA HIGH SCHOOL ABAYI -OSISIOMA WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
ABA – Recall, on the 9th of February 2016, the terrorists-infiltrated Nigerian security forces invaded Ngwa High School, Abayi – Aba where unarmed and defenseless Indigenous Biafrans had congregated on the school field to finalise a week-long prayer and fasting exercise embarked by the Christians and Judaists. The terrorist Nigerian military surrounded the group and then fired live ammunition at them without any prior warning, ensuring the extra-judicial execution of over 200 men and women and many were left with severe disabling injuries. Most of the dead bodies were carted by the terrorist Nigeria security forces and later found dismembered and disfigured by corrosive chemicals inside a pit along the Aba highway.
Video footage of the Aba Massacre at Ngwa High School Abayi showed that the gathering was peaceful but the terrorist Nigeria armed forces deliberately used deadly force and tactics designed to kill and neutralize an enemy rather than to ensure public order at a peaceful event. The chilling and compelling evidences of that Black Tuesday are verified and documented by human right organisations – Amnesty International and INTERSOCIETY. The alleged crime of those Indigenous Biafrans murdered in cold blood on the school field was their possession of the Biafran flag while kneeling and praying for the actualization of their right to self-determination as recognized and guaranteed by international laws protecting the fundamental freedom and human rights of Indigenous peoples.
Despite the overwhelming evidence that the Nigerian terrorist security forces committed gross human rights violations including extrajudicial executions and torture, no investigations have ever been carried out nor a Judicial panel submitting a factual report on the crimes against humanity perpetrated against indigenous Biafrans and authorised by the occupying Nigeria government.
Rather the occupying Nigeria government of Muhammadu Buhari has continue to enforce combative occupation of several parts of Biafraland by sending more troops made up mostly of ‘unrepentant’ members of the BokoHaram and Fulani Herdsmen terrorist sects whom are integrated into the various Nigerian security forces. Lack of accountability for gross violations by the Nigeria security forces have empowered their personnel to continuously commit human rights violations and grave crimes with impunity against Indigenous Biafrans.
Nevertheless, the Provincial P.A on statistic and record, Staff SGT Michael Obumneme in his latest report to the provincial office stated: “the forceful occupation of a section of Ngwa High School Abayi-Aba by the Nigeria terrorist Army ALFA COMPANY 144 BATTALION OSISIOMA ABA to be noted.”
Further Investigation by the Biafran National Guard Intelligence corps confirmed the authenticity of that part of the report from Staff SGT Obuneme. In addition, the terrorists-infiltrated Nigerian military forcefully took over the occupation of the large one-storey building inside the secondary school premises formerly used to accommodate over 20 classrooms and staff offices. The forced evacuation of the students and staffs belongings began without permission or approval from the school’s principal, Education Ministry or defunct governor immediately after the extra-judicial execution and violence against unarmed and defenseless Biafrans on the secondary school field. The intel also revealed that the pedestrian and motor lane of the road leading to the entrance of the 2nd gate of the educational institutions has been cordoned off causing untold hardship to denizens.
Reacting, Aba Provincial Adjutant Captain Nnamdi Eyinnaya enjoins defunct governor Okezie Ikpeazu and the unenlightened ones to understudy the United Nations LAND AND HUMAN RIGHTS Standards and Applications which reaffirms in
SECTION B – Rule of law
that “Each State Party undertakes to respect and to ensure to all individuals within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction the RIGHTS recognized, without distinction of any kind, and to adopt such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to give effect to the rights RECOGNIZED.”
Continuing, the United Nations LANDS AND HUMAN RIGHTS declared that “The principle of the rule of law requires that all persons, institutions and entities, public and private, including the State itself, are accountable to laws that are publicly promulgated, equally enforced and independently adjudicated, and which are consistent with international human rights norms and standards.”
Captain Eyinnaya has given an immediate directives specifically to the personnel of ALFA COMPANY 144 BATTALION TERRORISTS based at the Ngwa High School and environs M, arbitrarily detaining, torturing, extorting and killing unarmed and defenseless Biafrans in the premises of the Ngwa High School Abayi. he warned them to evacuate immediately or face the consequences of the defiance of the evacuation order from the Aba Provincial office, Aba.
